James is the Director of Research and Development of this new company, which was set up in February 2003 to combine the resources of ESP E-Commerce Solution Providers Ltd., Technology Troubleshooter & uuuppz.com. The combined companies have a history dating back to 1996.

James has a primary interest in programming and the underlying techniques that make the ICT arena so challenging. Indeed, James has represented Ireland in the International Olympiad of Informatics. James is uniquely skilled and exercises these skills in his role as ESP Director in charge of all Research & Development activities for the company. His security work has been featured on BBC news, CNET.com, news.com and in the Irish times.
